ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as an ISO Coordinator to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As an ISO Coordinator, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.

What you will do:

Assist with the development and administration of ARPA-H projects to include tasks such as: assisting in the development of solicitations and related documents; managing BAA proposals and negotiations; and coordinating within the mission office for cost proposals and technical evaluations.
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:

Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, and other advisors involved in the program.
Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $130,000

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Three years or more experience in Contracting and/or Procurement, preferably in a government or research environment.
At least 1 year experience supporting DARPA or related Federal “ARPA” agencies (IARPA, ARPA-E, HSARPA).
Experience working with OTAs, grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements.
Must be capable of tracking metrics effectively and adept at managing multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally with members of the public.
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
Active Public Trust or ability to obtain.
