Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as how these financial statements are interconnected.
- Perform detailed financial performance analyses, including margin analysis, product/service profitability, operational efficiency, and key financial metrics.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and monitor performance against that budget.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders, such as investors and regulators.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Work closely with other teams, such as operations, sales, and product development, to understand the financial needs of each area and ensure the integration of financial information across the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement efficient and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of corporate consolidation and intercompany relationships
- Knowledge of balance sheet forecasting and how it connects to other financial statements
- Understanding of US GAAP framework
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English / Spanish is a plus
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
