SUMMARY
iFIT’s vision is to create the world’s most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health – physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery – into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. We are currently seeking a driven, insights-oriented leader to join our team as a Data Science and Analytics Manager. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our analytics strategy and driving data-informed decision making across the organization. Working with the Subscription Team, this role will collaborate closely with teams across product, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver actionable insights that advance our key business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in building and scaling analytics processes, a passion for transforming complex data into clear narratives, and a track record of partnering with stakeholders to influence strategic initiatives. ROLE COMMITMENTS
⦁ Establish and deploy analytics frameworks for tracking impact of acquisition and retention campaigns, engagement, and product features. ⦁ Drive a culture of data-informed decision making by ensuring key metrics are clearly defined, consistently measured, and broadly understood.
⦁ Partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into strategic planning and day-to-day execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Organize daily work and priorities to align with the organization’s data and business goals.
⦁ Develop and refine processes that improve data quality, accessibility, and support strategic objectives.
⦁ Evaluate and assess data needs across departments, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
⦁ Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss insights, and ensure data initiatives align with business priorities.
⦁ Prepare and deliver clear reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
⦁ Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics , Data Analysis, or Data Science role.
⦁ Hands on experience with Snowflake or other database technology
⦁ Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tool
⦁ Experience using Python or similar programming language Preferred Qualifications ⦁ Subscription Experience Preferred
⦁ Excellent Written and Verbal communications skills, with the demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
