JOB SUMMARY: Leads the implementation and execution of product pricing strategies via deal and Deal Desk Operations across multiple business units. Partners with Growth (Sales), ISL (Product), Legal/Contracts, Operations, and Finance to execute pricing strategies, ensure pricing integrity, deal quality, and scalable support for commercial deals. The Manager will also oversee systems governance as it pertains to pricing strategy, reporting, and enablement efforts to drive efficiency and profitability.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement pricing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Track pricing initiative outcomes and operationalize strategies across teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input on non-standard terms.
  • Support pricing and compliance standards aligned with commercial policy.
  • Support implementation of pricing strategies into systems (CPQ/CLM/SF).
  • Manage CPQ/CLM governance and Salesforce pricing and delegation of authority data integrity.
  • Maintain and publish price books and delegation of authority frameworks.
  • Conduct audits of deal structures for compliance.
  • Provide pricing reporting and analytics to improve deal turnaround and product profitability.
  • Document pricing policies and deal desk workflows.

JOB SCOPE:

Under the direction of the AVP of Deal Desk, serves as the operational lead for scaling Deal Desk systems and reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for future CPQ governance, Salesforce pricing data management, and maintenance of price books and delegation of authority frameworks. Will also perform periodic audits and system verifications of deal structures to ensure adherence to Pricing guideline approvals, and T&C standards. The Manager will support deal execution through reporting and analytics and will serve as a partner for deal reviews. The role will work closely with the AVP of Deal Desk, on future CPQ implementation and process optimization, ensuring system integrity and scalable support for Operational teams. The manager leads CPQ execution from a pricing strategy view, maintains pricing governance, and supports scalable pricing and packaging strategies that meet both short- and long-term business goals.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120k-$130k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years+) in $1B+ organizations in pricing and deal management, preferably in Healthcare/Health tech, or technology companies with an underlying skill set in SaaS, DaaS, etc. pricing constructs.
  • Knowledge of CPQ systems and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement experience.,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Plus: Underwriting experience in the Payor/HealthCare space
