Our Civils & Drainage (C&D) business unit plays a critical role in supporting the UK’s infrastructure, from water management to power, utilities, highways, and energy. We supply engineered precast solutions that enable safer, more efficient, and more resilient infrastructure networks.
With growing demand across national water frameworks and the energy transition, the C&D team is strengthening its strategic capability to deepen technical engagement, expand market reach, and maximise cross-catalogue engineered solutions.
What’s the Mission?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to position Marshalls C&D as the trusted precast solutions partner of choice for major frameworks and key projects across the utilities and infrastructure sector.

This patch covers London, the South East, and the East of England, incorporating the regions served by Thames Water, Southern Water, Affinity Water, SES Water, and Anglian Water. The area stretches from Greater London across the Home Counties, down to the south coast, and up the East Anglian coastline through Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
