PRIMARY PURPOSE
The GTM Enablement & Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing our GTM functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies. This hybrid position is designed for a professional who can architect GTM processes, enhance tool utilization, and provide essential documentation and training. You will develop scalable documentation, create detailed process efficiencies, support onboarding, and ensure our GTM teams have comprehensive access to essential resources to achieve enterprise success.
This role uniquely balances technical acumen and enablement skills to demystify complex systems and empower GTM teams. Collaborating with RevOps, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will maintain accurate, strategic, and updated enablement frameworks and systems. You will serve as a guide for AI integration, encouraging its responsible adoption to amplify GTM operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Development & Documentation
- Create clear, well-structured documentation on GTM processes, playbooks, tool usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Build high-quality training content, including job aids, guides, e-learning components, process documentation, and user-facing support materials.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure system changes or new processes are accurately documented, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Maintain and improve the enablement content library with strong organization and version control.}
- Update and refine onboarding materials for all GTM roles
Training & Facilitation
- Support the delivery of onboarding programs across global teams.
- Assist with live and virtual training sessions, including preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up reinforcement.
- Help build role-based learning paths, refresh modules, and competency-based learning content.
Tooling & Technical Enablement
- Develop and maintain documentation for our sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Advise on tools and systems build and integrations to streamline GTM processes and workflows.
- Promote tool adoption with training resources and communication plans.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enablement processes (e.g., content creation, onboarding materials, process explanations, or tool support) to increase speed, accuracy, and impact.
Readiness, Certification & Program Execution
- Assist in administering readiness assessments, certifications, and learning reinforcement programs.
- Track participation and engagement, help analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Triage incoming enablement requests and assist in gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and executing projects.
Communications & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Draft clear, concise enablement communications, including updates, announcements, release notes, and onboarding readiness content.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to gather insights and ensure alignment on enablement priorities.
- Provide reliable, detail-oriented support across multiple functional stakeholders in a global environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function.
- Experience supporting or working within an enterprise sales environment (required).
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions.
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with precision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present clearly to global audiences.
- Experience and comfort leveraging AI to support GTM teams
- Ability to partner effectively across functions and work on a small, collaborative enablement team.

- Has a clear understanding of our sales process, customer journey, tech stack, and enablement priorities
- Builds strong working relationships with partners in Sales, CS, RevOps, Marketing
- Demonstrates strong writing, documentation, and technical aptitude through early assignments
- Audits existing documentation, onboarding materials, and content repositories; identifies gaps and opportunities
- Begins creating and updating how-to guides for priority tools (SFDC, Gong usage, etc.)
- Supports build of onboarding content
- Adopts our communication style and cadence, drafts simple updates or field communications
- Establishes as reputation as detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable
- Begins using AI tools to support writing, summarization, content drafting, and documentation efficiency
4-6 Months
- Owns documentation for core systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility
- Regularly produces high-quality enablement content with minimal revision cycles
- Supports the build-out of role-based onboarding
- Partners effectively with RevOps on documenting process changes and supporting rollout communications
- Contributes to facilitation during onboarding or skill-based sessions with increasing confidence
- Supports readiness or certification programs through content updates, participant tracking, and knowledge assessments
- Manages and organizes the enablement content library using best practices for version control and taxonomy
- Demonstrates strong prioritization by managing multiple projects with clear timelines
- Incorporates AI into regular workflows, producing faster first drafts of content, templates, and process documentation
- Supports GTM teams by providing basic guidance on using AI tools for productivity
7 Months & beyond
- Maintains fully operational and up-to-date documentation for our tech stack, processes, and revenue methodologies.
- Plays a key role in designing improvements to onboarding, including curriculum enhancements and new training assets.
- Independently facilitates segments of onboarding or ongoing enablement sessions with high quality and confidence.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for tool-usage documentation and learning resources.
- Identifies systemic gaps and proactively recommends creative solutions (process improvements, new guides, workflow changes).
- Helps manage ongoing readiness programs and contributes to quarterly or biannual certifications.
- Supports global teams consistently with documented content, clear communications, and structured reinforcement.
- Establishes themselves as a highly reliable, technically adept enabler who strengthens the overall maturity of the function.
- Contributes meaningfully to multi-quarter enablement initiatives and long-term program planning.
- Acts as a reliable internal resource for AI best practices within enablement, ensuring GTM teams are supported with responsible, high-impact AI usage in their daily work.
- Identifies new opportunities to enhance enablement efficiency and scalability using AI and automation.
