発注管理・在庫管理: 顧客需要に基づいて、海外ボッシュ工場への製品発注計画、発注処理、生産、輸送、出荷のスケジュールを管理します。その際、製品在庫の適正管理、新規立ち上げ・変更・打ち切り管理を合わせて担当いたします。

受注・出荷・輸送管理: 工場内、工場外のボッシュ関連部署、取引先と連携し、タイムリーな状況変化を把握し、顧客への配送完了まで対応していきます。

その他:物流品質・コスト管理の最適化を目標とし、コスト削減活動、業務効率化と品質向上を推進していきます。

[Job Description]

We are looking for a person in charge of placing orders with overseas Bosch plants within logistics department for OEM products.

Based on demand from customers for automotive-related products, this position is responsible for managing the entire process from placing orders to overseas Bosch plants, receiving finished products after production, to delivering them to JOEM customers.

Key Responsibilities

[Order and Inventory Management]
Based on customer demand, you will manage product order planning and order processing to overseas Bosch plants, as well as production, transportation, and shipment schedules. In addition, you will be responsible for appropriate inventory control and the management of new product launches, changes, and phase-outs.

[Order Intake, Shipment, and Transportation Management]
You will collaborate with Bosch-related departments both inside and outside the plants, as well as with business partners, to promptly monitor changes in status and ensure delivery completion to customers.

[Other Responsibilities]
With the goal of optimizing logistics quality and cost management, you will promote cost reduction initiatives, operational efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements.

[System and Data Management]
Using SAP as the core ERP system, you will manage related master data, order planning, order processing, shipment and transportation management, and inventory control.
