Customer Service Program Administration Data Entry QA/QC Energy Efficiency Project Management Stakeholder Communication Database Management Compliance E-mobility

I am excited to apply for the Project Specialist position at APTIM. With over three years of experience in program administration and customer service within the energy sector, I am confident in my ability to support your e-mobility programs effectively. My background includes managing incentive reviews, maintaining databases, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure program compliance. I am passionate about clean energy and eager to contribute to APTIM's mission of reducing carbon emissions. I look forward to the possibility of joining your team and driving impactful results.

How would you handle a customer who is frustrated about a delayed rebate?
I would listen empathetically, apologize for the inconvenience, and explain the reason for the delay. Then, I would provide a clear timeline for resolution and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
Describe your experience with database management and QA/QC processes.
In my previous role, I maintained a database of program participants, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits. I also implemented QA/QC checkpoints to verify application compliance, reducing errors by 20%.
How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple program applications?
I use a task management system to track deadlines and urgency. I first address time-sensitive items, then work through the queue methodically, communicating with stakeholders if any delays arise.
Can you give an example of a time you improved a program process?
I noticed that the application review process was redundant. I suggested streamlining by pre-validating common data fields, which cut review time by 30% without sacrificing accuracy.
Why are you passionate about clean energy and e-mobility?
I believe e-mobility is a key solution for reducing urban air pollution and carbon emissions. Contributing to programs that make e-bikes and EVs accessible aligns with my personal values of sustainability and equity.
