Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to apply for the Scrum Master position at GT. With over 5 years of Agile coaching experience, I have successfully facilitated enterprise-level delivery while fostering team ownership and continuous improvement. My expertise in Jira and Azure DevOps ensures transparent and efficient sprint management. I look forward to contributing to your healthcare and pharmacy delivery squads. Thank you for considering my application.

How do you handle a team that is resistant to Agile practices?
I would first understand their concerns, then demonstrate the value through small wins. I'd coach them on the benefits and gradually introduce changes.
Describe your experience with PI planning in a SAFe environment.
I have facilitated PI planning sessions, aligning teams on objectives, and managing dependencies. I ensure clear communication and follow-through.
How do you ensure effective backlog grooming?
I work with the PO and team to ensure stories have clear acceptance criteria, are estimated, and prioritized. I facilitate regular refinement sessions.
Tell me about a time you improved sprint predictability.
I introduced story point estimation and tracked velocity, which helped the team forecast accurately. We also improved retrospectives to address bottlenecks.
How do you manage dependencies across distributed teams?
I maintain a dependency matrix, use Scrum of Scrums for coordination, and escalate risks early. Regular sync-ups with leads help.
