I use a combination of business value, customer impact, and cost of delay to prioritize. I work with stakeholders to weigh strategic goals and use frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW to ensure alignment with product vision.
Describe a time you had to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities.
In a previous role, two departments disagreed on feature priority. I facilitated a workshop to align on shared objectives, used data to show impact, and negotiated a phased approach that satisfied both.
How do you measure product success?
I define KPIs tied to business and customer outcomes—such as conversion rates, NPS, and feature adoption. I set up dashboards and review them regularly to iterate on the product strategy.
What is your experience with Agile ceremonies?
I actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. I ensure the backlog is refined and that the team has clarity on priorities to deliver value each sprint.
Can you give an example of a product initiative you led that improved customer experience?
I led the redesign of an online quote flow, simplifying steps based on user behavior data. This reduced drop-offs by 30% and increased customer satisfaction scores.
