Sample interview questions
I have worked with IoT platforms like Azure IoT Hub and AWS IoT to monitor and manage water treatment systems. I provided technical support to customers, configured dashboards, and resolved connectivity issues, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.
I use a ticketing system to categorize incidents by severity and impact. I first address critical issues affecting operations, then escalate when necessary. I communicate proactively with customers about timelines and follow up to ensure resolution.
I worked with a water utility customer who was hesitant to use our remote monitoring platform. I scheduled regular check-ins, provided training sessions, and demonstrated how the data could optimize their pump operations. Over time, they became power users and shared success stories with other customers.
I would start with a needs assessment to understand their goals, then provide a tailored onboarding plan including installation guidance, training on the interface, and setting up alerts. I would schedule follow-up reviews to ensure they are getting value and address any issues.
