Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the AEM Content Publisher role. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager, I have successfully managed content publishing, QA, and governance for enterprise websites. My attention to detail and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams ensure accurate and timely content releases.

In my previous role, I supported multilingual content updates and maintained strict brand compliance. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to Middle East business hours. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your client's digital transformation projects.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to discussing how my skills align with your needs.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]

Describe your experience with Adobe Experience Manager. What types of components and workflows have you used?
I have used AEM for over 3 years, working with core components, editable templates, and custom workflows for content approval and publishing. I have experience with the Touch UI and classic UI, and I am familiar with using AEM's launch and MSM for managing multilingual sites.
How do you ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing?
I follow a strict QA process that includes checking for formatting consistency, verifying links, reviewing images for correct sizing, and ensuring the content matches the approved copy. I use checklists and coordinate with the marketing team for final sign-off.
How do you handle multiple content publishing requests with tight deadlines?
I prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, using tools like Jira or Trello to track progress. I communicate clearly with stakeholders about timelines and escalate any conflicts early. I also batch similar tasks to improve efficiency.
Can you explain your experience with content governance and documentation?
I have created and maintained content governance documents that outline publishing standards, approval workflows, and naming conventions. I ensure that all team members are trained on these guidelines and conduct periodic audits to enforce compliance.
Describe a time you identified and resolved a major publishing issue. What was the outcome?
Once, a scheduled content release did not reflect on the live site due to a missing replication agent. I quickly diagnosed the issue, re-triggered the replication, and tested all pages. I then documented the incident and implemented a pre-publish checklist to prevent recurrence.
