Dear Hiring Manager,
I am excited to apply for the Seasonal Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist position at Time4Learning and Brightspire Virtual School. With over 3 years of inside sales experience in the edtech industry, I have a proven track record of converting leads into enrollments by building trust and understanding family needs.
My background includes managing a high volume of inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat, and guiding prospects through complex enrollment processes. I am proficient in Salesforce and thrive in fast-paced remote environments, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
I am passionate about supporting families in finding the right educational path and would love to bring my sales expertise and empathetic approach to your team.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sample interview questions
I have worked for an edtech company where I guided parents through curriculum selection based on their child's learning style and state requirements. I asked open-ended questions to understand their challenges and then demonstrated how our product addressed those needs, resulting in a 20% higher conversion rate than the team average.
I prioritize leads based on urgency and readiness using CRM tools. I schedule time blocks for immediate responses and follow-ups, and use templates for common inquiries while personalizing when needed. This ensures no lead is neglected and each family feels valued.
A parent was hesitant due to cost. I validated their concern and explained the long-term value, including flexible payment options. I shared a success story of a similar family. They eventually enrolled and later thanked me for the guidance.
I admire your mission to support non-traditional learning. This role aligns with my passion for helping families find the right educational fit. The seasonal nature fits my current schedule while allowing me to contribute my sales skills during a peak enrollment period.
I set a daily schedule with specific tasks and breaks. I use a dedicated workspace and tools like Trello for task management. I also check in regularly with my team via Slack to stay aligned and motivated.
