Sample interview questions
How would you turn an approved lifecycle campaign brief into an executable plan?

I would define the campaign objective, audience, channels, success metrics, milestones, owners, dependencies, and approval points. I would then build a shared workback plan, confirm asset and localization requirements, establish QA checks, and use a status cadence that surfaces risks early.

Describe how you would manage an ASO metadata or creative experiment for Firefox Mobile.

I would start with a clear hypothesis and baseline metrics, coordinate approved metadata or creative variants with Product Marketing and the agency, and verify store-specific requirements. After launch, I would monitor the agreed measurement window, document results and limitations, and translate learnings into a recommendation for the next iteration.

What methods do you use to prevent localization and QA issues from delaying a launch?

I use standardized intake requirements, localization-ready source content, checklists, named owners, and deadlines that account for review cycles. I also run readiness reviews before launch, track blockers visibly, and escalate risks with a recommended decision rather than only reporting the problem.

How have you used automation or AI to improve marketing operations?

I look for repeatable coordination tasks such as campaign intake validation, status reporting, content checks, documentation generation, and experiment-result synthesis. I would pilot an AI-assisted workflow with clear human review, measure time saved and error reduction, and scale it only after confirming quality and security requirements.

How would you communicate performance data to stakeholders with different priorities?

I would tailor reporting around the decision each group needs to make, combining a concise executive summary with the relevant operational detail. I would show performance against targets, explain significant drivers and caveats, identify actionable learnings, and recommend the next test or operational change.
