Ajax Systems is hiring a full-time ERP Support specialist to support internally developed ERP and WMS accounting systems. The role handles IT portal requests, system configuration assistance, investigation of incorrect data, bug logging, and preparation of Confluence documentation. Candidates need at least one year of ERP support experience, ideally with 1C, BAS, or WMS, along with strong user communication and structured writing skills. The initial schedule aligns with Vietnam time, while work on standard Kyiv hours requires office work at one of the company’s Ukrainian locations. This is a hands-on operational support role with opportunities to suggest product and process improvements.

I would first collect the document ID, expected versus actual values, timing, affected users, and steps to reproduce. Then I would check source records, related configuration rules, integrations, permissions, and recent changes. I would document the findings, provide a workaround if available, and log a reproducible bug with clear evidence when escalation is needed.
I have supported business users by resolving access, configuration, data-entry, and process-related issues in enterprise systems. My approach is to understand the business workflow behind a request, validate the system behavior, communicate the resolution clearly, and record the solution for future use.
I assess business impact, urgency, number of affected users, and whether a production process is blocked. Critical incidents affecting warehouse, accounting, or broad user groups come first, followed by time-sensitive individual issues and routine service requests. I keep requesters updated on status and expected next steps.
A useful report includes a concise title, environment and affected module, prerequisites, exact reproduction steps, expected and actual results, frequency, business impact, timestamps, screenshots or logs, and relevant document or transaction identifiers. This lets developers reproduce and diagnose the issue efficiently.
I use plain language, a clear purpose, numbered steps, screenshots where helpful, and warnings for actions that could affect data. I test the instruction from the user’s perspective and include common errors, escalation guidance, and ownership information so it remains practical and maintainable.

Обов‘язки:
- Підтримка користувачів ERP та WMS системи власної розробки;
- Обробка запитів ІТ-порталу;
- Допомога з налаштуваннями системи;
- Навички пошуку та встановлення причин невірних даних;
- Фіксація багів;
- Написання інструкцій / документації в Confluence.
Вимоги:
- Впевнене знання та розуміння стандартів з підтримки користувачів;
- Досвід роботи спеціалістом підтримки облікових систем ERP (1С, BAS, WMS) від 1 року;
- Досвiд просунутого користувача однієї з конфігурацій ERP;
- Навички вести комунікацію та вирішувати питання;
- Вміння написання структурованих інструкцій.
