Sample interview questions
I begin by reviewing the brand guidelines, approved templates, typography, color rules, and prior campaign examples. I then adapt the core visual system to each channel while checking final work against a consistent preflight checklist before sharing it for review.
I clarify deliverables, priorities, dependencies, and approval dates at the start of each project. I break work into milestones, maintain a visible task tracker, communicate risks early, and reserve time for revisions and production checks.
I confirm the printer specifications, document size, bleed, safe areas, color profile, image resolution, and required file format. Before delivery, I package or export the file, preflight fonts and links, and review a proof to catch layout or production issues.
I listen for the business objective behind the feedback and ask focused questions if the direction is unclear. I translate useful input into specific revisions, explain tradeoffs when needed, and keep the work aligned with the brand and campaign goals.
I use AI tools primarily for ideation, early visual exploration, concept variations, and research while keeping human judgment and brand standards central to the final work. I also verify outputs for accuracy, licensing considerations, and suitability before incorporating anything into a deliverable.
