I clarify acceptance criteria early, break work into visible milestones, and communicate risks or dependencies before they become blockers. I keep tickets and documentation current, submit focused pull requests, welcome code-review feedback, and test changes thoroughly before handoff. Regular status updates and proactive collaboration help ensure that autonomy remains aligned with team priorities and delivery goals.

Job Summary
In this role, you will design, build, and scale modern web applications and microservices using Python and React.
