Sample interview questions
I listen for the speaker's complete meaning, interpret in the first person without adding or omitting information, and ask for clarification or repetition when audio quality, terminology, or meaning is unclear.
I work from a private, secure setting, use approved systems only, avoid recording or retaining client information, and follow the applicable code of professional conduct and company policies.
I would respectfully ask the speaker to clarify or rephrase the expression, then convey the intended meaning as accurately as possible rather than guessing.
I maintain a calm, neutral tone, interpret all statements faithfully, avoid giving advice or personal opinions, and focus on enabling clear communication between the parties.
I verify my internet connection, audio and camera equipment, platform access, and backup options before availability periods. I also ensure the workspace is quiet, private, well lit, and free of interruptions.
