I combine qualitative evidence, such as interviews and usability sessions, with quantitative signals including funnel conversion, task completion, retention, and feature usage. After launch, I review results and iterate rather than treating delivery as the end of the design process.
I frame the discussion around the customer problem, business objective, constraints, and supporting evidence rather than personal preference. I make trade-offs explicit, show prototypes or alternatives when useful, and invite stakeholders to challenge assumptions. If uncertainty remains, I propose a lightweight experiment or usability test to resolve it with evidence.
I consider platform conventions, accessibility, responsive behavior, component states, content scaling, input patterns, and engineering constraints from the outset. I work with engineers early to define interaction details, edge cases, and reusable component specifications. This helps maintain a coherent product experience while respecting the strengths and limitations of each platform.

Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps;
- A portfolio showcasing strong design work;
- Experience in SaaS products;
- Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components and design systems;
- You have experience working with and evolving design systems, across iOS, Android and responsive web;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly;
- Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices;
- Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process;
- Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior;
