Sample interview questions
I first identify the intended audience, channel, and brand tone, then review for literal translations, unnatural syntax, inappropriate honorifics, and culturally unfamiliar expressions. I rewrite where needed while preserving the source message and marketing objective, and I perform a final read-through as a native Korean audience member.
I begin by reviewing the brand guidelines, approved examples, terminology, and target audience. I create a concise working reference for tone, preferred wording, formatting, and terms to avoid, then apply it consistently while documenting recurring editorial decisions for future assignments.
I preserve priority keywords where they fit naturally, but I avoid keyword stuffing or phrasing that harms readability. I also consider Korean search behavior, headings, metadata context when provided, semantic variations, and reader intent so the copy remains both discoverable and credible.
I would prioritize work by deadline, complexity, and client impact, estimate review time for each item, and break assignments into focused review passes. I communicate early if source issues or scope changes may affect timing, while using a checklist to maintain consistency and accuracy under pressure.
I treat feedback as useful context for improving the final deliverable. I clarify the business or SEO objective behind requested changes, incorporate feedback that strengthens accuracy or performance, and respectfully explain any Korean-language or cultural concerns when a requested wording would sound unnatural or misleading.
