Sample interview questions
How do you organise a high-volume sales pipeline while maintaining quality and forecast accuracy?

I segment accounts by fit, intent, deal stage, and expected value, then set clear next steps and follow-up dates for every active opportunity. I review pipeline health weekly, remove stalled deals promptly, and validate forecast categories against buyer engagement, decision process, and mutual action plans.

Describe how you would create new opportunities with agencies and brands in Southeast Asia.

I would start with account research covering the prospect's media strategy, vertical, agency relationships, growth priorities, and current advertising signals. I would use targeted multichannel outreach that connects a relevant business challenge to StackAdapt's programmatic capabilities, then test messaging and prioritise segments that generate qualified meetings.

How would you explain the value of a DSP platform to a non-technical marketing stakeholder?

I would focus on outcomes before features: reaching the right audiences, connecting brand and performance activity, improving campaign efficiency, and gaining measurable insight. I would translate technical capabilities into the stakeholder's goals and use relevant examples, while involving technical specialists when deeper platform detail is needed.

Tell us about a time you had to prioritise several active opportunities with competing deadlines.

I would assess each opportunity based on qualification strength, urgency, potential value, stakeholder access, and likelihood of conversion. I would concentrate immediate effort on deals with clear business pain and an actionable path to close, while maintaining structured nurture plans for earlier-stage prospects.

What is your approach to handling a prospect who is interested but not yet ready to buy?

I would identify the real blocker, such as budget timing, internal alignment, measurement concerns, or competing priorities, rather than treating the response as a simple objection. I would agree on a practical next step, provide useful evidence or resources, and maintain purposeful follow-up tied to the prospect's planning cycle and stated objectives.
