Sample interview questions
I would combine quantitative funnel analysis with qualitative research to identify high-friction moments across discovery, evaluation, playback, and retention. I would size the opportunity by user impact, strategic value, and implementation feasibility, then define measurable hypotheses before prioritizing an experiment or product investment.
I would make the relevant trade-offs explicit and establish shared success metrics across engagement, listener satisfaction, content performance, and commercial outcomes. I would work with business and content partners early, validate assumptions with users and data, and seek solutions that create durable value for each party.
I would begin with a clear user problem, such as helping listeners continue engaging with a title across contexts. I would prototype lightweight concepts, assess technical and rights constraints, and test whether the experience improves comprehension, completion, or satisfaction without adding unnecessary complexity.
I would describe the decision context, the distinct stakeholder goals, and the evidence used to frame alternatives. I would align the group on a shared outcome, document trade-offs and ownership, and use a phased delivery plan to create progress while managing unresolved risks.
I use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate and refine early concepts, analyze feedback themes, and support rapid prototyping. I treat outputs as inputs rather than decisions, validating them with product data, user research, domain expertise, and appropriate privacy safeguards.
