Sample interview questions
I would explain the target partner rationale, stakeholder map, mutual value proposition, commercial structure, internal approvals, and the measurable pipeline, revenue, or customer outcome produced after launch.
I would use a qualification framework covering customer access, enterprise security and browser relevance, technical integration capacity, delivery capability, strategic alignment, commercial potential, and willingness to invest in a joint plan.
I begin with the customer use case and value created, then define pricing, margins or revenue share, sales ownership, implementation and support responsibilities, incentives, forecast assumptions, and governance metrics before validating the model with Finance and Legal.
I would assess whether Mozilla or another delivery partner can close the capability gap, set clear service boundaries, start with a controlled pilot, and avoid scaling until support ownership, training, and customer success responsibilities are documented.
I establish a joint account or partner plan with named owners, milestones, dependencies, decision dates, and a regular operating cadence. I communicate risks early, document actions, and escalate only when decisions or resources are blocking customer value.
