Sample interview questions
How would you build a national growth plan for the Huntress-CDW partnership?

I would begin with a joint assessment of current pipeline, revenue, account coverage, seller engagement, and product fit. I would then define priority segments, target accounts, enablement motions, quarterly business-review metrics, and named executive sponsors, with clear ownership for both organizations.

Describe how you have created mindshare within a large reseller or solution-provider organization.

I have used a combination of executive alignment, role-based seller training, repeatable sales plays, field events, and simple partner resources. I measure adoption through trained sellers, active opportunities, campaign engagement, sourced pipeline, and closed revenue, then refine programs based on field feedback.

How would you enable CDW sellers to position a cybersecurity platform effectively?

I would tailor enablement by audience, giving account executives concise value messaging and qualification cues while providing technical teams with use cases, competitive guidance, and escalation paths. The content should be practical, easy to access, and reinforced through live sessions, office hours, and joint account planning.

What metrics would you use to evaluate the health of a strategic channel partnership?

I would track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, bookings, win rates, deal registration volume, seller activation, enablement completion, campaign performance, and coverage across target accounts. I would also use qualitative feedback from field teams to identify friction in positioning, pricing, process, or technical support.

How do you manage competing priorities across sales, marketing, channel, and distribution teams?

I establish a shared operating cadence with documented goals, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes. I prioritize initiatives that have the clearest revenue impact, communicate trade-offs early, and use regular reviews to remove blockers and keep national priorities connected to field execution.

That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers’ protection.

Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence.
