  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances the product experience and drives AI adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure content supports UX and reflects product intent.
  • Apply a “Voice of the Learner” mindset to all content, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and empathy in every asset.

  • Understanding of AI and its practical applications, with a willingness to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with UX writing, microcopy, and accessibility standards
  • Portfolio or examples of training or content work that demonstrate clarity, strategy, and user impact

Sample interview questions
How would you turn a complex AI product feature into a training experience for channel partners?

I would first identify the learner personas, business outcomes, and implementation tasks the feature supports. I would then build a modular learning path that combines a concise conceptual overview, realistic legal-tech scenarios, guided product practice, knowledge checks, and follow-up reference materials.

Describe how you use learner feedback to improve training content.

I collect quantitative data such as completion, assessment, and support trends alongside qualitative feedback from sessions, surveys, and stakeholder interviews. I prioritize revisions based on where learners struggle, then validate updated content through pilot sessions or usability reviews.

How do you ensure that technical content is accurate while remaining understandable for nontechnical audiences?

I collaborate with subject-matter experts early, validate key workflows against the product, and use plain language to explain technical concepts. I focus on what learners need to do, why it matters, and how to recognize successful outcomes, while placing deeper technical detail in optional references.

How would you manage competing requests from product, engineering, and partner enablement teams?

I would establish a transparent intake and prioritization process based on product releases, learner impact, business urgency, and effort. I would communicate trade-offs clearly, maintain a shared content roadmap, and deliver reusable modular assets where possible.

What makes a live virtual training session effective for a global audience?

Effective sessions balance clear objectives, demonstrations, learner interaction, practical exercises, and frequent comprehension checks. For global audiences, I also account for time zones, accessible materials, recording availability, pacing, and examples that are relevant to varied partner contexts.
