Sample interview questions
I would assess the protocol's yield source, collateral model, liquidity depth, smart-contract and oracle risks, governance structure, historical performance, and user demand. I would then compare these findings with Binance's existing products, define operational requirements, and recommend an appropriate launch scope and monitoring plan.
I would map the full flow, review funnel metrics and support feedback, and identify friction such as unclear eligibility, transaction failures, delayed reward visibility, or confusing disclosures. I would prioritize changes by user impact and risk, validate them through testing, and monitor completion, retention, and error-rate metrics after release.
I would track qualified participation, conversion from exposure to deposit, net assets retained, repeat usage, cost per activated user, reward distribution accuracy, and campaign-specific risk signals. I would segment results by product, cohort, geography where permitted, and acquisition channel to identify sustainable behavior rather than only short-term volume.
I would use Dune to query wallet activity, deposits, withdrawals, protocol interactions, and cohort behavior at scale. For individual transactions or anomalies, I would use Etherscan to inspect transaction status, contract calls, token transfers, and event logs, then translate the findings into clear operational actions for stakeholders.
I would establish a shared launch plan covering product requirements, campaign mechanics, legal and risk checks, marketing materials, testing, reward funding, ownership, and escalation paths. I would run regular checkpoints, maintain a decision log, and use a post-launch review to capture performance insights and improvements for the next campaign.
