As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pitch you will be responsible for helping our larger customers get the most of Pitch Pro and make progress towards their business goals. We strive to provide an unparalleled customer experience and ensure customers remain loyal users and advocates for Pitch. You will be responsible for delivering towards our goals for expanding existing Pitch Pro workspaces, and engaging with existing Starter workspaces when we see signs that they could get value from Pitch by upgrading to our paid plan. If you’re passionate about building relationships with customers and helping them find success, and are eager to work with a remote team, we’d love to talk to you!
While we are a remote-first company with a widely distributed team, please be aware that for legal reasons this position can only be hired in either Germany, Ireland, or the United Kingdom. If you are based outside these countries we unfortunately won’t be able to consider your application.
