    Would knowing the panelists’ roles change how you prepare? Ask the recruiter for the names, titles, interview format, and any topics they can share. That’s a normal logistics request, not a demand for questions in advance.

    Prepare broadly unless they provide a focus. A simple criterion: if the agenda changes your examples or technical prep, request it. For example, if one panelist leads product and another engineering, prepare one story showing trade-offs between user needs and delivery constraints. Is this a technical, behavioral, or mixed panel?
