panel interviews can mess with your head hard. don’t try to answer every person at once - pick one voice, pause, and buy 2 seconds. biggest mistake is panicking and talking faster, then your brain just yeets itself out the room

Practice 8 mock panels, record them, and answer in 20-second chunks. Pause 2 seconds before speaking - people read confidence, not speed.
