28 years old and experienced in providing exceptional customer service. Currently working full time as a caption assistant. I've developed my skills in accurately converting spoken words into text over the course of the previous four years as a captioning assistant, providing accessibility for a broad audience. In order to deliver smooth and accurate captions that improve the viewing experience, my role has required working closely with a variety of media formats, developing a good eye for detail. I am currently looking for jobs in order to branch out and further my career experience.
