Led delivery operations for an international real estate classifieds platform across Product, Engineering, and QA. Rebuilt an unstructured Excel backlog of approximately 100 items into more than 1,200 decomposed and estimated Jira issues with clear owners, reducing average task age by 60% and improving timeline predictability.

Established Jira and Confluence as the single source of truth, designed the flow from PRD through development, QA, and release, and removed handoff gaps. Shifted QA left through design reviews and acceptance criteria, introduced executive delivery dashboards, aligned backlog priorities with quarterly OKRs, and implemented AI-assisted workflows for meeting transcripts, PRDs, Jira tasks, summaries, and risk visibility.

Led and rebuilt the engineering function at a growing AdTech product company, scaling the organization twofold to more than 20 people across backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and analytics. Owned payroll, contractor coordination, founder-level reporting, hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, and incident and priority escalations.

Migrated the company from fragmented systems to YouTrack, growing usage from zero to more than 50 users across engineering, product, marketing, and HR. Built the QA function, introduced automated coverage and release discipline, set up 24/7 DevOps on-call with GitLab CI, Grafana, and Prometheus, integrated a live Web3/AdTech product without downtime, and reduced contractor and infrastructure spend by approximately $5,000 per quarter.

Managed full-cycle delivery for client products across FinTech, FoodTech, Smart TV, and GameDev domains within an agency environment. Coordinated parallel delivery of up to five products with different teams, technology stacks, budgets, and deadlines.

Ran engagements from pre-sales and discovery through scope definition, estimation, development, release, and support. Worked across client and engineering stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment and execution visibility.

Led a team of nine engineers and coordinated contractors supporting enterprise banking, retail, and hospitality infrastructure. Worked with major Russian banks and federal retail organizations, including X5, Auchan, Magnit, and Metro.

Owned SLA commitments, incident handling, root-cause analysis, SOPs, and technical log analysis. Delivered technical product training for clients and internal staff while supporting reliable operations in a large enterprise technology environment.
