I build practical software products that convert construction, field-service, project-coordination, and small-business problems into usable workflows. I use generative AI across product discovery, requirements definition, interface design, development support, troubleshooting, documentation, and feature refinement.

I perform hands-on QA and UAT by reproducing defects, validating fixes, testing workflow logic, persistence, backup and restore behavior, and release readiness. I have built and tested more than seven applications, including RFI Tracker, Submittal Tracker, Punch List, Quote Builder, Credential Tracker, Contractor Finder, and DispatchProof.

I translate business needs into requirements, user stories, test scenarios, onboarding content, and release decisions. I work with GitHub, Render-hosted web applications, responsive interfaces, Windows packaging and distribution, and Stripe-enabled workflows.

Managed field operations for special projects and retail millwork installations, coordinating crews, schedules, materials, site requirements, quality control, and client expectations across demanding project environments.

Worked directly with clients, project teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel to resolve site issues, clarify requirements, and maintain project momentum. Supported estimating, budgeting, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, installer deployment, and execution for single-site and multi-location work.

Converted incomplete or changing field information into practical action plans, priorities, crew assignments, and accountable next steps while protecting schedule and quality requirements.

Managed retail installation projects nationwide from planning through completion, with responsibility for budgeting, estimating, scheduling, hiring, crew management, sales, customer coordination, and field execution.

Led new-store installations, remodels, multi-location rollouts, fixture and millwork packages, cabinetry, counters, specialty fixtures, and removal and replacement work for national retail clients.

Coordinated crews and resources across changing site conditions, working from construction plans and layouts while maintaining client requirements, installation standards, and aggressive schedules.

Built hands-on expertise installing retail fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, displays, shelving, counters, and related store components.

Supported new stores, remodels, multi-location rollouts, and special projects in retail installation environments.

Currently completing Purdue University's 14-course Artificial Intelligence Microcredentials program, combining structured AI education with hands-on applied AI and product-development experience.
