Jira Administrator & Developer

I am a Jira Administrator and Developer with nearly four years of experience supporting, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Atlassian environments. My core expertise includes Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Cloud, Jira Server/Data Center, and ScriptRunner.

I design and administer Jira projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, issue types, permissions, schemes, dashboards, filters, and automation rules. I use Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Python, Atlassian Forge, and Atlassian Connect to automate processes and build integrations with enterprise applications.

I have experience supporting Jira and Confluence migrations, upgrades, configuration validation, testing, UAT, release control, and post-migration troubleshooting. I focus on platform reliability, security, data integrity, access governance, backup procedures, and performance across development, test, and production environments.

I implement ITSM processes in Jira Service Management, including customer portals, request types, queues, SLA management, service workflows, and problem management. I also provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and resolve service-impacting Jira and JSM issues.

I work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe environments. I support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, PI planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and removal of project impediments.
