I am a senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach with extensive experience delivering complex industrial, technology, railway, electrical, automation, and infrastructure projects. I manage projects through the complete lifecycle, from initiation and scope definition through planning, execution, risk control, commissioning, and delivery.
I apply PMI, FEL, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and capital engineering projects. My background includes budget and schedule management, WBS development, financial control, stakeholder coordination, risk management, quality processes, and technical documentation.
I have managed greenfield and brownfield implementations involving electrical systems, industrial automation, telecommunications infrastructure, CCTV, access control, IT infrastructure, and safety-critical railway systems. I am experienced with SIL4 certification processes, verification and validation, RAMS, and CENELEC railway standards.
My engineering experience spans pulp and paper, sawmill, naval, steel, petrochemical, transportation, medical, and technology environments. I have worked with mechanical, civil, electrical, automation, software, hardware, maintenance, reliability, and quality teams.
I use continuous-improvement and reliability practices including Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA, FTA, Ishikawa, DMAIC, Pareto analysis, 5W1H, and risk analysis. I also have experience with enterprise project management tools, Jira, Power BI, Trello, SAP, and technical systems integration.
In addition to project delivery, I teach vocational electrical, automation, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills. I am fluent in English and have international project experience collaborating with organizations in Finland, Canada, Italy, Germany, South Africa, and the United States.
