Served as corporate legal counsel for a Hong Kong-listed fintech company providing data- and AI-driven SaaS services to financial-sector clients. Built the overseas business compliance mechanism for the legal department from the ground up and managed legal and compliance matters for overseas operations.

Conducted legal research and advisory work, drafted business contracts and transaction documents, designed legal procedures and compliance systems, and established compliance assessment processes. Managed compliance assessments involving overseas suppliers, customers, partners, and products.

Collaborated with business, technology, evaluation agencies, and external counsel on compliance initiatives.

Supported projects involving overseas customer due diligence, cybersecurity and level-protection filings, personal information protection impact assessments, cross-border data transfer risk assessments, annual compliance audits, and risk inspections. Conducted ongoing regulatory, geopolitical, and policy research relating to China, the EU, and the United States, and published regulatory analysis articles.

Worked as a lawyer in the International Business Department, using English as a primary working language for communication with overseas clients and counsel, English legal-document review and revision, and Chinese-English legal translation.

Advised on foreign investment, overseas investment, cross-border transactions, national security reviews, export controls, data protection, and economic sanctions. Participated in major cross-border M&A, restructuring, investment, and commercial projects; reviewed transaction documents and prepared legal opinions and memorandums.

Supported compliance-system construction and compliance assessments for state-owned and private enterprises. Representative work included domestic and overseas compliance, legal and tax compliance, employee stock ownership, vaccine supply compliance, and data compliance projects.

Represented the college in international commercial arbitration moot competitions, receiving awards including Honorable Mention for Best Claimant Memorandum, High Quality Award for Respondent Memorandum, and second prize in the CIETAC Cup national competition.

Studied European Union law and international law in Germany. Completed an LL.M. thesis on AI legal research titled "The Analysis on the Copyright Protection for Artificial Intelligence-Generated Works in China."
