I led a dynamic team of technical analysts in a high-velocity IT Service Desk environment, delivering support to the JLP Partners. This role demanded a keen eye for detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues promptly, skills that are transferable and valuable in the realm of Supply Chain and Operations.
