The UM Administration Coordinator 2 provides non-clinical support for the policies and procedures ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care, or services for members.
• Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.

• The Customer Relations Specialist performs switchboard and receptionist duties.
• They also assist with general duties such as typing needs, out-patient clinics, receiving visitors and giving out information regarding hospital policies and procedures in accordance with the confidentiality of staff and patients.
• The Customer Relations Specialist is also responsible for maintaining the front lobby, making coffee and ordering supplies needed for the front office.
• They keep on top of ordering postage for the mail machine, distribute mail after mail has been delivered, and take mail to the post-office at the end of the day.
