Unlocking doors, deactivation of Alarms and turning on lights in various departments
• Scheduling all incoming orders for timely shipments to customers, trade shows and private consumers
• Assist with the fabrication (Cutting, Drilling, Splicing, Table Saw) picking, wrapping and packing of
orders throughout the warehouse
• Oversee daily and monthly safety checks of: Forklifts, Clamp Lift, Scissor Lift, Electric Lift, Eye Wash
Stations, Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits
• Oversee stock deliveries and inventory: full, cycle and tag counting, including office and first aid
supplies, photographs of all incoming LTL and outgoing products for shipment verification purposes
• Daily dole-outs of safety equipment (eyewear, gloves, ear plugs, hard hats) then frequently walk the
building to ensure equipment is being utilized appropriately
• Assist HR and Accounting personnel with questions regarding weekly and monthly billables as well as
employee time verification including vacation requests
• Assist Plant Manager with issues with Employees, including translation for Karen and Spanish speakers
• Report HR violations, as needed
• Assist Electrical and Maintenance Personnel with delegation of tasks, cleaning of warehouse and trash
removal, as needed
• Daily communication with dispatchers, owners, vendors and direct customers regarding orders,
shipments and current inventory
• Track daily communication with other building tenants regarding the borrowing of equipment, tracking
personnel and other amenities
• Overseer of nightly cleanup for both departments, setting of overnight lighting in various bays and
warehouse as well as locking up after staff exit for the evening
