Gather and certify pet and owner information.
Maintain records.
Answering telephone calls and returning e-mails.
Scheduling appointments using the designated software.
Informing the veterinarian of any emergencies that require urgent attention.
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Processing billing and payments, using medical software through various channels (cash, e-mail, and checks.)
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information.
Other administrative tasks as needed or assigned
-Receive and unload freight.
-Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in
accordance with our inventory control processes.
-Provide general support to the store, set up special events, organize backroom, and relocate store
fixtures.
-Demonstrate ability to use a variety of technology and new computer application
-Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.
-Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
