With over 4 years of experience as a Support Analyst, I have developed strong problem-solving, technical, and customer service skills, consistently delivering solutions that enhance business operations.

I have worked for two years in an education setting as an administrator and exams officer, I have experience with recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior to that role i worked in the care sector for 16 years.
