Application Coordinator

PERTH-AUSTRALIA

Supports and administers enterprise applications, including
implementation, installation, configuration,developing concepts and
documentations.
Ensures integration between systems identifies standards and prioritizes
project tasks and other activities to meet stakeholders needs.
Coordinates internal and external teams supporting them with
appropriate training.
Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
Negotiates contracts and maintains accurate procurement records.
Participates as main contact to application/software transactions with
vendors and stakeholders

FRASCATI ITALY

Manages ECLIPSE application support for POLARIS Project in the
European Space Agency offices.
Coordinates 1st and 2nd line tickets and customer escalations.
Conducts user acceptance testing for new versions of bespoken
applications.
Interacts with several ESA tools and applications, such as ESA
Star/Visualization and Processing.
Evaluates risk and security based on ESA requirements considering
document classifications.
Acts as a focal point for possible implementation and new opportunities
with different stakeholders.

ROME – Italy

Performs software installations, hardware deployments system rebuilds
and upgrades following standard procedures.
Collaborates with international departments. Take appropriate actions to
identify the risk posed by fraud.
Creates detailed weekly documentation for internal Project Managers.
