Quality & Training Manager

I am an Operations & Quality Leader with an accelerated promotion track within Concentrix. I specialize in content evaluation ecosystems, performance governance, and audit system design in high-volume, policy-driven environments. I lead cross-functional initiatives, implement AI-supported quality controls, and drive measurable performance improvements across over 100 moderators. I am a strong analytical decision-maker with direct client-facing accountability.

Currently, I serve as a Quality & Training Manager at Concentrix Corporation, where I lead quality and training strategy in a high-risk Trust & Safety environment, ensuring policy compliance and content integrity. I manage a team of 15 QAs and Trainers, driving performance, calibration, and continuous improvement. I partner with stakeholders to align KPIs and deliver executive reporting on quality and risk trends.

I have designed QA frameworks and implemented AI-assisted auditing to scale operations and improve efficiency. Under my leadership, team performance has improved significantly, with precision increasing from 92% to 98% and recall from 96% to 99% since January.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Analyst at Concentrix Corporation, conducting risk-based audits across multiple workflows with over 98% accuracy. I led structured performance coaching for more than 100 moderators and designed a scalable audit model adopted at the team level. I delivered performance deep-dives and data-backed improvement strategies to clients and launched a peer-coaching framework to reduce systemic quality deviations.

Before that, I was a Content Moderator for the French Market at Concentrix Corporation, moderating high-sensitivity advertising content under strict policy standards and maintaining over 98% quality accuracy in a high-volume environment. I was promoted within three months based on performance and policy precision.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Door-to-Door Sales Agent at Orange Romania, delivering consultative B2C sales in a competitive field environment. I increased conversion rates through personalized needs analysis, documented objection trends to improve team sales approaches, and trained two new hires in field sales best practices.

I am fluent in English and Romanian, with intermediate proficiency in French (DELF B2). I am currently pursuing Communication and PR studies at the University of Bucharest – FJSC.
