As a psychology student passionate about mental health, I actively manage my own social media platforms where I create and share video content centered on mental health awareness, self-care, and personal development. I use my psychology knowledge to craft relatable, engaging content that encourages open conversations, helps others navigate emotional well-being, and empowers individuals to prioritize their mental health.
This personal project has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in content creation, video production, social media strategy, and community engagement.
