1)Coordinate with customers or importers to request necessary documents.
2) Communicate with shipping line agents to track shipments and arrange for D/O (Delivery Order) exchange.
3) Collaborate with the company’s Shipping Team to prepare documents and plan for customs clearance for customers.
4) Contact customers to confirm the customs clearance date and delivery schedule.
5) Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
1. Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations based on their set price and conditions.
2. Contact customers to send quotations and receive purchase orders (PO).
3. Coordinate with Thai and overseas suppliers to place orders (send purchase requests) and request shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COA, Form).
4. Follow up on shipments with marine and airline agents, and update shipping status to customers.
5. Work with the shipping agent team to plan customs clearance.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation team to arrange the delivery date.
7. Contact customers to confirm the delivery schedule and prepare invoices.
8. Support and assist the sales team and other internal departments as needed. (Administrative officer)
