About me

I have over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management, including a long tenure as a Bakery Manager at Smith’s/Kroger from 2003 to 2023. Throughout my career, I have developed superb customer service skills and a strong ability to empathize with people, which has helped me excel in various client services roles. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and always willing to learn and improve my skills.

In recent years, I have worked extensively in client services and customer experience roles at HealthEquity and Walker Edison. My responsibilities have ranged from answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to leading teams and training new associates. I take pride in my ability to exceed goals and provide exceptional service consistently.

I am highly organized, patient, and possess excellent time management skills. I am also proficient with Salesforce and various computer applications, which support my ability to manage tasks efficiently. I enjoy working with people and am known for my positive attitude, tactfulness, and willingness to assist others.

Volunteering is important to me, and I have contributed my time to several charitable organizations, including Bruce’s Angels and Sub for Santa fundraisers. I also teach cake decorating classes when requested, combining my leadership skills with community involvement.
