I am Max Kobzev, a dedicated and experienced System Administrator with over 12 years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in managing and administering complex IT infrastructures, including Windows and Linux server environments. I am proficient in configuring network equipment such as Cisco switches, routers, and wireless controllers, and have hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi and vCenter.

I have a solid background in security technologies, including working with antivirus solutions, cryptographic protection tools, and Cisco ASA firewalls. My responsibilities have included setting up and maintaining Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange mail systems, as well as managing user accounts and permissions. I am also skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users remotely, and documenting procedures and reports.

My experience extends to network design and implementation, including cabling, patch panel management, and optical line connections. I have worked with digital TV IPTV systems and have experience with DLP systems and license management for software such as Adobe and Autodesk. I am comfortable working in large-scale environments supporting thousands of users and hundreds of servers.

I am fluent in Russian and have basic English skills. I am highly responsible, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team. I am ready for relocation and business trips and prefer remote work.
