Civil Engineering Diploma Graduate

I am a dedicated Civil Engineering diploma graduate with practical experience in construction. Throughout my studies and internships, I have developed strong skills in interpreting drawing plans, brickwork, plastering, and earthworks. I am passionate about problem solving and continuously improving my technical abilities.

I have worked closely with foremen and supervisors, assisting with setting-out, drawing specifications, and design implementation on various construction projects. My hands-on experience includes working with stormwater and sewer pipes, manholes, concrete foundations, and rafts.

I am proficient in AutoCAD software, which I used during my internship to learn how to draw house plans accurately. I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in civil engineering and construction management.

I am fluent in multiple languages including English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Setswana, and Zulu, which helps me communicate effectively in diverse work environments. I am open to learning new skills and believe in continuous personal and professional growth.

Currently, I am working as a Intern at Yikusasa Building Contractors / Thobile M Construction, where I oversee the allocation of manholes and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. I am committed to delivering quality work and contributing positively to every project I am involved in.
