Business Analyst

I am a dedicated Business Analyst with experience in data analysis, system customization, and project documentation development. I have worked extensively with tools such as Qlik Sense BI, AWS, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business processes and improve system functionality. My background includes collecting and analyzing requirements, preparing use-cases and technical specifications, and managing tasks using Jira and Azure DevOps.

I have a strong foundation in SQL, Excel, Power Query, and data modeling, which I have applied in various internships and roles, including data analysis for sales teams and dashboard development. I am skilled in process modeling using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, and Camunda, enabling me to visualize and optimize workflows effectively.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Management, Finance & Data Analytics at Lumsa University in Rome, Italy, building on my Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Kazakh British Technical University. My education complements my practical experience, allowing me to approach business challenges analytically and strategically.

I am fluent in Kazakh, Russian, Turkish, and have an upper-intermediate level of English, which helps me communicate effectively in diverse environments. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive business improvements and support decision-making processes.
