Led Agile practices for a stream of 5 cross-functional product teams (~40 team members) united around the user. Facilitated retrospectives, reviews, and planning sessions, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Managed expectations of 10+ key stakeholders (CPO, CTO, Stream Owners, Country Managers) at stream and product level, ensuring visibility into team progress and business value delivery. Introduced and implemented a Team Maturity Assessment across all teams. Launched a transparent Review process focused on business value. Supported organizational change and conflict resolution at team and stream levels. Improved knowledge sharing practices across teams and the Agile community. Applied coaching and psychology techniques to strengthen collaboration, autonomy, and trust.
