I have executed manual test scripts across web and mobile platforms, recording defects clearly in Jira with detailed reproduction steps to enable efficient developer investigation. I track defects through to resolution, managing each bug through the full lifecycle and providing regular status updates on testing progress and outcomes to the wider team.

I have worked within Agile scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. I provide accurate estimates for testing activities across concurrent engagements, managing my workload across multiple projects simultaneously. I have also analyzed system requirements with test leads, developers, and product owners ahead of testing to ensure a clear understanding of intended behavior before writing test cases.

My experience includes executing exploratory, regression, and usability tests on cloud-based AI platforms, logging and tracking all identified defects, and communicating findings clearly to development teams. I have designed manual test scenarios against AWS cloud services, validating data integrity and expected outputs across integrated system components. I have supported software development activities within regulated health technology products, contributing to UAT and performance testing for new hardware and software launches.

I have participated in product design reviews and worked closely with developers to ensure quality is considered throughout the development lifecycle, not just at release.
